Mihaela Stefanescu

Mihaela Stefanescu is a specialist physician in general medicine, with competences in toxicology, emergency medicine and ecography. She attended postuniversitary studies and a master in communication and public relations and international projects management and also advocacy classes and social mobilization; public relations and management of the organization image; strategic management; human resources management ; promotion, advertising, marketing and quality management. She is an accredited trainer on HIV counseling for HIV testing and HIV prevention programs. Her theoretical training is doubled by a relevant experience in coordinating programs of public health in HIV field. Mihaela Stefanescu joined the team of RAA in 2004 coordinating the development of the network of HIV Voluntary Testing and Counseling Centers in 16 counties and Bucharest.
