Fidelie Kalambayi is a sociologist and graduated the Master in Gender Studies. Now she is a post-graduate in sociology at Bucharest University, her theme of post-graduation being the health behavior changes. She has a great experience in evaluating and research in social programs domain. She contributed to various evaluation studies of social policies impact in different areas: education, audio-visual, gender equality, labor market, etc. In 2000 she joined the team of Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation, currenly coordinating the monitoring & evaluation department. She has an international certification in Monitoring and Evaluation of the National HIV/AIDS.
