    Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation launched on 24th June 2008 a call for applications for the procurement of HIV and HVC rapid tests for the VCT programmes targeting vulnerable groups (IDUs, CSW, rroma population) funded by the Global Fund under the Round 6 HIV/AIDS Grant. As a result of this call, 10,785 HIV, 480 HVB and 480 HVC rapid tests have been procured. The sub-recipient implementing the program is the National Anti-Drug Agency.

    Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation launched on 17.04.2008 a call for applications for the procurement of HIV and HVC rapid tests for the VCT programmes targeting vulnerable groups (IDUs, CSW, rroma population) funded by the Global Fund under the Round 6 HIV/AIDS Grant. As a result of this call, 2,800 HIV and 800 HVC rapid tests have been procured. The sub-recipient implementing the VCT programs that required the procured rapid tests is Romanian Anti-AIDS Association (ARAS).
