RHRN Video clip procurement

Romanian Harm Reduction Network (RHRN), non-governmental organization promoting harm reduction approach and services launched on 08.08.2008 a call for tender for the procurement of a video clip: Voluntary Counselling and Testing among prisoners in Romanian Penitentiary System.
The Romanian Harm Reduction Network (RHRN) is looking for a professional agency in order to produce a video clip aiming to promote HIV voluntary counselling and testing among prisoners from the Romanian Penitentiary System, as a part of the "Initiative 38" project, implemented by RHRN and four member organizations. Through this project, financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Round 6, RHRN provides HIV prevention information for inmates in 38 Romanian prisons.

Following the evaluation held on 22.08.2008 the Committee has selected a winner to produce the videoclip materials. The notification is available only in Romanian language.
