RHRN Procurement for Production of Comic Book

The Romanian Harm Reduction Network (RHRN),non-governmental organization promoting harm reduction approach and services announces the Call for Proposals for comic book production.
RHRN is looking for a professional agency in order to produce 2,000 comic book copies as a part of "Initiative 38" project, which aims to prevent HIV transmission among prisoners in the Romanian Penitentiary System. The project benefits of financing from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Round 6.

Following the evaluation finalized on 27.10.2008 the committee has selected a winner for the production of 3,000 copies of comic book. The notification of the evaluation result can be found only in Romanian version.
