Procurement of HIV Rapid Tests

Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation launched on 25th July 2008 a call for applications for the procurement of HIV rapid tests for the VCT programmes targeting vulnerable groups (IDUs, CSW, rroma population) funded by the Global Fund under the Round 6 HIV/AIDS Grant.
Following the evaluation on 13.08.2008 a winner was selected for HIV rapid tests. The evaluation report and the notification are available only in Romanian.
There were procured 3,500 HIV rapid tests of which 3,000 pcs. for the Implementer Romanian Anti-AIDS Association (ARAS) and 500 pcs. for a study supervised by Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation.
