Workshops organized with the personnel from the penitenciaries in TB prevention and control

Between 3-14th of August, over 120 persons from Romanian penitenciaries tgook part at Amara at several workshops about TB prevention and control and also about the professional formation through e-learning modules.

The Workshops organized at Amara by the National Administration of the Penitenciaries offered to the psychologists, educators, nurses and surveillance personnel the possibility to get familiar to TB transmission and prevention.
The applications and simulations of interactive educational sessions allowed to the participants to gain new abilities in communication and relationship.
Training sessions represented at the same time the opportunity to get familiar to the e-learning modules and this new way of educating personnel and prisoners.
The new graduates in TB prevention and control in the penitenciary system.
