May 6th, 2010
The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (The Global Fund) has recently published two financial and programmatic documents for reference: Code of Conduct regarding procurement financed from the Global Fund and Penalties for breaking the procedures in force.
Both documents address the procurement for goods and services within the programs financed by the Global Fund and include new specifications and recommendations regarding the procurement procedures.
It is compulsory to consider, assimilate and put into practice the new regulations for procurement, both by the Principal Recipient and by the sub-recipients.
The documents are available on our website, in the section Principal Recipient / Procurement.
