"Love and responsibility" -the subject of an event organized at Iasi by Close to You Foundation

Close to You Foundation organizes an original event for the people of Iasi during this weekend. Thus, those visiting Iulius Mall on Sunday, February 14th 2010, will be surprised to find at the second floor the volunteers from Close to You Foundation who will turn the meeting into a campaign focusing on love as act of responsibility.
On Sunday afternoon, the Close to You Foundation initiative will include competitions, solving crosswords specially designed for the event by Alexandru Toth and debates focusing on the HIV infection and other sexually transmitted diseases.
The event at Iulius Mall is part of the campaign "Be responsible! Love safe!" and suggests a new approach to Valentine's Day by bringing to the attention of the community the importance of shared responsibility in a couple.
Angela Achitei, president of Close to You Foundation: "If you plan to go to Iulius Mall Iasi on Sunday, we invite you to join our volunteers dressed as angels, to test your foreign language knowledge by solving the crosswords titled "Love in words!" and, why not, take a photo of yourself together with your loved one, as a reminder of this special day and proof of safe behavior. The promotional materials of the campaign are provided by Util Deco - authorized shelter unit of the organization where 29 persons with disabilities, including HIV/AIDS infection, are currently employed."
