The research's results analyzed together with other available data lead to the same conclusion, respectively that there is a potential risk, of a significant importance, that HIV will become in the nearest future a recrudescent infection in Romania: on the one hand, there is an important basin of infection that is insufficient controlled and magnified by a discriminatory attitude towards people living with HIV/AIDS.

On the other hand, as youngsters are correctly being considered a risk group does not posses the necessary information to prevent and is not aware of the real dimensions of the HIV infection.

Based on the research's results, the RAA Foundation highlights once again the necessity of having a political and economical support for interventions and measures that can have a great contribution to avoiding the second wave of HIV infection in Romania in the following years.
