New Seminar Organized by RAA

The process of concluding the sub-recipient organizations and institutions that will implement the projects of the TB Grant Agreement is almost to the end.
In this regard, the RAA coordination team organized and supported a new technical assistance seminar. The meeting that was organized at RAA head office had as a core objective the presentation and clarification of some issues related to the Financial Monitoring-Evaluation-Reporting.
The 7 financial coordinators present to the meeting, representing organizations and institutions that will implement projects and activities of Tuberculosis control and prevention, had a first work meeting with the members of the Principal Recipient's financial M&E team.
With this occasion the representatives of the sub recipients had the opportunity to get familiar with the new system of report and data centralization, web-based, elaborated and finalised by RAA, which will allow significant savings of material and human resources involved in the financial report.
The practical exercise following the theory had a great contribution to this meeting's success.
On Monday, March 31st, will take place the second seminar, the Programmatic Monitoring-Evaluation-Reporting, where the invitees are the project coordinators and the persons directly involved in the programmatic.
